Throughout the UK, facial treatments are a popular service used by both men and women, and there is always a demand for professional facial treatment specialists. At CM Beauty Training, we offer fast-track basic and advanced facial treatment courses, ideal for individuals who want to take their first steps or build on existing skills.

Facials and skin care course
This is an intensive one-day course that teaches you the core skills needed to offer this popular and profitable treatment to your clients. You will learn how to recognise and treat different skin types and conditions, as well as how to provide facial and neck massages.

  • Duration: 1-day
  • Time: 10am to 4pm (approx.)
  • Price: £250 with kit
  • Entry requirements: None
  • Qualification received: Facial and Skin Care Diploma

Students are welcome to work on each other, or you can bring your own model. If you bring your own model, the course is only a half-day.

The course focuses on:

  • Client consultations
  • Contra-indications and contra-actions
  • Facial anatomy and physiology
  • Examination and skin diagnosis
  • Facial massage (including neck and shoulders)
  • Toning, moisturising and skin analysis
  • Benefits and usage of products
  • Preparing and applying face masks
  • Giving aftercare advice

Galvanic facial course

  • Duration: Half-day intensive training
  • Time: 10 am to 1pm (approx.)
  • Price: £300 (VAT-free) – facial course only
  • Model: required
  • Entry requirements: none
  • Qualification: Galvanic Facial Diploma

This course is perfect for both beginners and advanced therapists already in the beauty industry. The course includes relevant anatomy and physiology guidance. Facial machines and products are also included; your kit includes a facial galvanic machine which is battery-operated. Our team will also provide a full set of organic products including cleanser, toner, moisturiser, facial scrub, face mask, collagen eye serum and galvanic gel.

LED light therapy course

Price: £250 (including mask)

Light therapy uses LED bulbs (light emitting diode) to deliver optimised light at a specific wavelength to help stimulate a change within the skin, without the need for skin care ingredients or causing microscopic wounds. It can be carried out on a range of skin types, including those with sensitive skin.

Dermaroller/pen micro needling course

  • Duration: 1-day course (Your practical will take place at an academy and all coursework must be completed beforehand and brought with you on the day).
  • Price: £300 
  • Entry requirement: Facial and skin care qualification
  • Class size: 3 people max
  • Qualification: Diploma in
  • Microneedling Treatments

A one-day professional training course in dermaroller treatments and skin needling. Using a 1.5mm roller, this treatment creates a multitude of tiny puncture wounds in the skin, which aims to promote new collagen and elastin. Our tutors will also show you how to use a dermapen, allowing you to choose which type of needling you’d prefer to offer.

Chemical peels course

  • Duration: 1-day course (Your practical will take place at an academy and all coursework must be completed beforehand and brought with you on the day).
  • Price: £300 (including material costs)
  • Entry requirements: Facial and skin care qualification
  • Class size: 2 people max

Dermaplaning involves a surgical blade to gently shave the face, leaving behind exfoliated, smoother-feeling skin.
